Delivery FAQs
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary depending on your geographical location. At the eBay item site you will be prompted to enter information used to base your shipping charges.
Who are your delivery agents?
Statues are shipped via USPS mail or UPS Ground service. International shipments are shipped via USPS Priority International mail.
When will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 24 hrs of ordering, unless otherwise specified.
How long does delivery take?
USPS mail can take up to two weeks, UPS Ground Service takes 3 to 7 business days from time of shipment. USPS International can take up to three weeks for delivery.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from paypal at time of shipment, and a link to their web site for tracking.
Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Yes, any address is okay!
Can I upgrade to a different delivery service?
Yes, other delivery options are available, please contact us for more information and prices.
Returns
On receipt of your order, please inspect contents immediately. While every care is taken to ensure suitable packaging has been utilized, all observations of damage or missing items must be reported to us within three working days. If you receive an item which is damaged due to shipping, please notify us by email and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the GMA Sales and Marketing.
Please note that where a refund is agreed for items no longer wanted by the customer there will be a re-stocking fee of 10% of that items price. We will also not refund any postage costs including that of sending items to the customer initially or that incurred by the customer to send items back to GMA Sales and Marketing.
